Frequently Asked Questions

Q.  How is The ShotMaker constructed?
A.  The ShotMaker consists of three layers of plastic which can all rotate independently.  The material is very rugged and it attaches securely to any golf bag using the included plastic tie.

Q.  Why use The ShotMaker?
A.  This device is an inexpensive golf accessory which assures consistent club selection for golfers of every skill level.

Q.  How is The ShotMaker calibrated to your hitting distance?
A.  The ShotMaker uses the typical five iron distance to set the ranges for all other clubs.  The five iron distance selection can be easily changed by the user as required.

Q.  How does the wind speed effect club selection?
A.  The user rotates the inner wheel to compensate for the estimated direction and speed of the wind.  Once complete, the recommended club selection corresponds to the combination of both yardage and wind speed.  If there is no wind, simply rotate to zero.
